Thanks for the comments, Jacqueline and I could not have wished for and observed a team of carers, managed by Mouyra and yourself taking care off and implementing a system which looked after mum. 

This put our mind at ease knowing that she was getting the attention and care she required and to continue to reside at her home for as long and as safe as possible.

Catch up soon and I will send some photos of my visit with mum on Monday afternoon.

When we moved my parents nearby, we hadn’t realised how far their dementia had progressed, and we were completely overwhelmed.  Mouyra rescued both us and my parents, quickly establishing a calm, safe and caring environment.   She helped us with professional assessments, and provided comprehensive support for all of us until we could sort out a care home.  We can’t thank her and her team enough for all their help.

Hi Mouyra,

Our family were so fortunate to have Mouyra and her fantastic team help to look after our Dad at home during his last few months. They did everything and more to support our Mum and the rest of us in the family. Little things like sorting prescriptions, getting the paper or milk during bad weather, making extra visits to allow Dad to enjoy family time.
Lachlan enjoyed their visits and to hear the careers and Dad laughing & giggling together was a joy and he became very fond of them all. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Hi Ladies

I am aware that most feed back you get is negative,  but I just had to comment on someone who really went above and beyond at the weekend.

My elderly Aunt receives care through the Time 2 Help team and had some difficulties at the weekend. The carers had been concerned about her all week and were so concerned on Saturday that they called NHS 24 and alerted Mouyra who came out herself to make sure she was ok.

She spent the best part of 2 hours with her and was incredibly kind and reassuring to her – including staying to make sure that the doctor got all the information she needed to make an assessment.

A really lovely lady who was kindness itself to my Aunt. I was really impressed.
